How long does it take for shirts to arrive?

How long does it take for Pocket squares to arrive?

Within the USA, it usually takes 2-6 business days to receive an item. International orders usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your exchange policy?

Contact us, if we have the item in stock, we will happily exchange it, and ship it to you at no additional cost. Please make sure you view the size chart before ordering, and make sure you include the packing slip that shipped with your item.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with a product, you have 30 days from the day of delivery to return the item. Items returned should be unwashed, unworn, and should be in the same excellent condition you received it.

What is Tidløs?

Tidløs is our sister brand. We run Tidløs and Haus of Dinma as different and separate websites, but we use the same PayPal Business account for both of them. Your receipt will show Tidlos Ltd, and [email protected] as the merchant.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, we ship everywhere. Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal. If using a credit card is not an option, we accept money orders (United States Postal Service money orders only) or cashier's check from an American Bank. Include the cost of the item + shipping & handling + tax if applicable and send it to the address above. You can do this by adding the item to the cart and viewing what the total charges will be. Please do not send cash. If you decide to send a cashier's check, please note your order will only ship when the check clears. This can take 2-5 business days.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol(SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How should I care for my items? Will they shrink?

The best way to care for your shirts or dresses is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them with cold water. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry low or hang to dry. Avoid drying items on high heat. Pocket squares should be dry cleaned only
